I don't hear voices, I just hear myself telling me to "get out"! or something similar of that nature, is that what you're getting at? If not, you must visit a doctor about these voices. Hope this helps you in some way, and good luck.

As someone who has panic attacks (and no history if actually hearing voices or hallucinating), yes, this has happened to me during panic attacks. One of the symptoms of a panic attack (for a lot of people who have them) is the feeling or fear that you're losing your mind. It's terrifying, but it doesn't mean you're actually losing your mind. Learning to accept it as a symptom of a panic attack can help you not spiral deeper into that paranoia, but it can be hard. I think it's a good first step that right now, while you're calm, you're recognizing that this happens sometimes when you panic
