Study ahead of time, don't leave it to last minute. Prepare yourself for each exam ahead of time and don't mix up courses. Be organized.

Be aware of self-care. Take small breaks to help calm your mind and keep yourself from over-stressing. Remember to eat, stay hydrated, and get plenty of sleep.

Personally, I deal with this a lot. Something that can help you far this can be done simple anxiety relaxation skills. This might not get your mind off of your exams, but it would be enough to calm your panic and allow you to effectively complete projects, assignments, and study.
Some skills I would reccomend and that I have found work would be paced breathing and progressive relaxation.
For paced breathing, you want to get as much oxygen as you can as the oxygen goes to your muscles and helps them to relax. To do this, you want to breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. A common breathing practice is four square breathing- where you breath in for four seconds, hold for four seconds, breath out for four seconds, hold for four seconds, then repeat.
For progressive relaxation, you want to relax your clenched muscles (even if you don't think you are clenching them). To do this, you start from your toes and work towards your head. Start by clenching your toes as hard as you can until you feel like you cannot clench anymore, then let yourself relax. This brings a flood of oxygen into the muscles, helping them to unclench. Do this until you reach your head.
So yeah, those are some things I would recommend, however there are tons of things that can calm panic. I hope that helped!!

Its important to take regular breaks and reward yourself for your efforts.
Short spells of studying are often better than sitting for hours and panicking. You could try a Pomodoro Timer which gives you 25 timed minutes, followed by a 5 minute break.
Most of all, remember that everyone is feeling the same as you. Exam panic us completely natural and we've all been there - you will get through this!
Try to reward successful periods of study by doing a relaxing activity you enjoy that will take your mind off exams- for example: playing video games, reading, going for a walk, listening to music etc.

Watching fun YouTube videos with a lot of nice images and pictures. This helps keep you concentrated whilst the pictures also help you understand the topic you are learning about better. Another way is to take notes in pretty notebooks you like, not everyone likes taking notes so this may not work for everyone, but it can help some people remember the knowledge they are learning. A third way would be to Do it with a friend or multiple friends in a study group. Having fun helps you to remember what you've learnt and you can learn each others mistakes as well as working together as a team.
