From my personal experience, i'd say obviously an overwhelming amount of a panic feeling which is kind of like fear, heart racing/Difficulty in breathing, very tensed up muscles and the need to "get away" from whichever situation you are currently in. Although a lot of people can have more, less, or different symptoms.

For me its flashbacks, hyperventilation, rapid heart rate, and shaking. I've thrown up maybe 2 or 3 times. Afterwards I just feel completely exhausted like I just ran a marathon.

Feeling like you can't breathe, not being able to control your emotions. Personally I also get a weird symptom where I feel like everything touching me is a bother, and if I'm safe and alone all my clothes comes off till I calm down. It's frightening but you can get past it.
