i think panic attacks happen more often when you're feeling alone , because you are scared of being alone it makes you feel so bad you get anxious about it and then you have panic attack.

Sometimes, being lonely for a while with no company could lead to some unwelcomed thoughts, which trigger our minds and we analyze situations which leads to panic attacks. However if it's frequent, talking to someone you trust is the best option. :)

It is entirely natural. Some people fear being alone for many reasons even if they don't necessarily realize it. They may feel like they are going to be alone forever (which you will not), that they are forgotten about (which has not happened) or that no one cares- which is also untrue, so please, if this happens, reach out to friends, to family or to us.

Yes, this happens to people a lot! Distraction, self-comfort, and talking to someone about it all help.

Yes! I have gotten panic attacks at THE most random times- right when I wake up, when Im alone, when Im at dinner with my boyfriends family. The last thing you should be worrying about with panic attacks is if theyre ever "normal". They can really be triggered by so many things. Rather, concentrate on coping mechanism to deal with them when they do come. As well, start exploring why you're having them.

Very normal!! When you're alone you are stuck having a conversation with your mind, and that can be quite a scary thing sometimes.
This is a really good time to practise some mindfulness. Take a breath ... maybe 12, and focus on your breathing and just your breathing. Put on a guided meditation, and take your mind on a journey, rather than letting it talk you down and make you scared. You have the power to take control of your mind :)

Sometimes you can have panic attacks from feeling alone or being in a room full of people. There is no standard of normal per se.

Absolutely. Sometimes the stresses you are feeling continue to affect you at different times. Just stay calm and speak to someone you trust.
