I am sure this feels extremely overwhelming. As a child, I had so many and never knew what they were. The answer in my home was to take a valium and drink a beer. As we know today this only leads to addiction.Eventually, I was taught how to relax through breathing it took a while to learn but it saved me from any future harm caused by drinking and drugs. One of the main things is to avoid situations that trigger the attacks until you learn how to deal with the underlying emotions that cause the panic attacks and keep practicing your breathing techniques.
