The chances of having another panic attack after an attack varies for each individual. As panic attacks are a person's bodily response to stressful situations, they could have a series of panic attack and then never again, or a panic attack might just be triggered in when the stress level hits a certain level for the person. Worrying about having an attack after another, might trigger one. However, learning to accept the feeling and overcoming it will decrease the chance of another attack occurring :)

If you have a panic attack, it's likely that you'll have another one. They are not dangerous though, fear is only fear, and it cant hurt you.

From my experience, if you have one panic attack, you will probably have another one in the future, because there are reasons that this is happening and unless you are able to discover the reasons (which can be either in the present or in the past) the panic attacks usually will continue to occur.

If you have one panic attack you may have more chances to getting another one or not one at all because it differs in what triggers it and when it will occur next.

Panic attacks can be a scary thing. It's not really a for sure thing if you will or will not have another one. Try to practice some breathing exercises when/if you start to feel anxious again.

depends on the situation that caused it. lots of people cause mine and sounds that remind me of PTSD images. so it happens a lot. but others its just if its blood or something that can be easily avoidable.

My experience with panic attacks demonstrated that they were self-fulfilling. If I worried I would have one, then it was more likely that I would. Making sure I was well-rested, had eaten, and was giving myself time to process stress helped mitigate them. It also helped when I found better coping techniques in the moment. I was less afraid of them when I could make them seem not so bad.
