I think panic attacks occur when we have the worst experience of our life in any case like if we are working somewhere and suddenly the unexpected news come to our knowledge that our office is overtaken by terrorists so the news may gave us panic attacks not to all of us but may be a specific person with the weak heart or with certain chronic disease like diabetes or blood pressure.

Panic attacks can happen at any time and sometimes even multiple times a day. The number of panic attacks a person experiences depends on a multitude of factors including: stressors, physical wellness, emotional well being at the time and environmental factors. It all depends on the person. This means that some people get attacks more frequently than others. Often we have panic attacks when we experience a situation that we find stressful or uncomfortable. Because we all find different things stressful or uncomfortable we can get panic attacks in different frequencies (for example a person who finds lots of different day-to-day situations stressful is more likely to have panic attacks than a person who does not easily get panicked)
