It depends on the day. I have gone 3 days without one and I have had 4 in a day. When I am busy I tend to have less and when I'm alone all day I tend to have more.

Its just depends on you... you cab control most of the things happening inside us.. I know it gets more difficult when somethings happen quite often... but its okay.. loving yourself will help.. a lot eventually. . Medidation..letting things go off ..all these will make things better slowly steadily but it will... good luck .. :)

I have somewhat severe panic disorder that is medicated, and usually get 1 to 2 panic attacks a month. I get anxiety attacks (less severe, usually have a direct cause and are more manageable) about twice a week at most with medication. Unmedicated, I can have anxiety attacks almost daily and about 4-6 full on panic attacks a month.

Panic attacks can come anytime, anywhere, when we feel excessively stressed and worried, whether it is a real or imagined fear. There really is no timeline for when they will happen.

I think panic attacks occur when we have the worst experience of our life in any case like if we are working somewhere and suddenly the unexpected news come to our knowledge that our office is overtaken by terrorists so the news may gave us panic attacks not to all of us but may be a specific person with the weak heart or with certain chronic disease like diabetes or blood pressure.

Panic attacks can happen at any time and sometimes even multiple times a day. The number of panic attacks a person experiences depends on a multitude of factors including: stressors, physical wellness, emotional well being at the time and environmental factors. The number of panic attacks you have can also be biological depending on how your genetics are set up. The reason our body experiences panic attacks are when the fight or flight response is kicked in.

It all depends on the person. This means that some people get attacks more frequently than others. Often we have panic attacks when we experience a situation that we find stressful or uncomfortable. Because we all find different things stressful or uncomfortable we can get panic attacks in different frequencies (for example a person who finds lots of different day-to-day situations stressful is more likely to have panic attacks than a person who does not easily get panicked)

For some, it happens on the daily. For others, it can happen once a month, or even once a year. Panic attacks are often caused by a lot of stress to the body, so whenever there is stress, it can happen. They also occasionally happen for absolutely no reason.
