If you're having a panik attack you feel your legs and arms shaking and you feel like you're going crazy. Someone feels like he/she's going to die. I used to cry a lot and I couldn't breath. The only way to make it stop is to try to calm down and breath. It's really hard, i know, but you have nothing else to do.

Sometimes it's difficult to decipher when you're having a panic attack. At other times, it's more obvious to when you are. When you are having a panic attack you could start to sweat. You could have an out of body sensation, which means you feel like you're floating. You could start rocking back and forth. Your heart rate could also rapidly speed up, or maybe just a little bit. It is hard to get it under control. You could become dizzy, and you could also shake and tremble. Sometimes people even feel like they're going to die. It is a common fear whilst having a panic attack. Another fear that i personally have is a fear that i'm going crazy, or losing my mind. Also, a lot of crying. These are the main symptoms of having a panic attack.
