I think this question is better suited for a doctor. I am not a doctor, and I do not need 100 characters to answer this.

Nobody have ever died from a panic attack. Panic attacks are caused by the fear of fear and even thought the symptoms are debilitating and terrifying they will not cause you any serious physical harm.

Panic attacks are quite common, and they cannot physically hurt you. During panic attacks, it is extremely common to feel like you are dying, but you are not. You may feel like you can't breathe, you may feel your heart pounding in your chest, but you are physically okay. You would feel the same way if you were running in a race. In fact, the chemical and biological processes in your body during a panic attack are very similar to running in a race. Many people with panic worry that they are having a heart attack. Their heart beats fast, they get worried, and that makes their heart beat even faster. Relaxation techniques can be extremely helpful during a panic attack. Sit down, relax your muscles, and breathe slowly and deeply. Has this happened before? Probably. Did it feel awful? Definitely. Did you have a heart attack? No. You won't have a heart attack this time, either. Just breathe deeply, try to remember that you are okay, and do anything else that helps you relax.

Panic attacks do not cause your body any physical harm. Their real trick is making you fearful, and that can cause your mental well-being to degrade.

Possibly dehydration and extreme tiredness. Panic attacks drain a lot from you so make sure that you definitely get good amounts of sleep afterwards if you can. I dont know if there are anymore extreme symptoms

Whilst panic attacks may seem terrifying (even feeling as if you could die) they are absolutely harmless and they physically can't hurt you.

They are not dangerous at all. The physical symptoms can include heart rate, which may lead to you thinking that you may have a heart attack. A healthy heart can pump 200 bpm, and your heart was made to handle stress. You are very very unlikely to have a heart attack from a panic attack. Another symptom is feeling light headed, which may lead to you thinking that you may pass out. This feeling is caused by reduced blood and oxygen flow to the brain. This is not harmful, and is a natural response of "fight or flight" . When you feel like you cant catch your breath, or there is pain there, it is often caused by your chest muscles contracting. No one has stopped breathing from panic.

When you have a panic attack it is completely normal to feel like something drastic is going to happen, like dying. Don't worry because it's not going to happen. What you should do is remove yourself from the situation and talk to someone about your problem. While the physical symptoms like hyperventilating, can be dangerous, like there is a chance of passing out, but you won't die, that side is purely mental
