Panic attacks are very common. A lot of people have panic attacks at some point in their life. There is eve such thing as panic disorder which is when someone has multiple panic attacks and then occur more frequently and for no solid reason.

Depends on the person. Also it depends on triggers and what they are. The proximity of the triggers. Not everyone is the same and panic attacks can't be measured like that.

panic attacks vary for everyone. some people have them daily. others have them once or twice in a lifetime. if you are having them, i would suggest maybe seeing a doctor. wishing you the best.
