Panic attacks are normal to those who have trouble finding out what triggers the attack. Ask yourself do I see a pattern every time I have attack. It can feel like youre going crazy. The best this to do is take notes. Write down the events that happen around the attack and the time of day it happens. This can help you avoid them in the near future.

Panic attacks are very normal. When you are stressed your body reacts to the stress. This can mean panic attacks, high pulse or high blood pressure. I go though panic attacks to, like today. I have been stressed about my relationship and it became hard to breath and I started shaking uncontrollably. This is a normal reaction to stress. It is our body's way of saying you need to relax or you are going to burn yourself out.
