It is perfectly normal to feel this way, but understand that it is simply a physical reaction to stress. It will feel as though you are having a heart attack, but in reality it's just a lost of anxiety that has manifested itself in the form of a panic attack.

If you're having a panic attack, most of the struggle will be with breathing. It may be really rapid and shallow, and it might be hard to concentrate. You may be shaking, or feel like you're shuddering involuntarily. A heart attack is characterized by starting with a pain in your chest, and breathing will not be as much of a problem. I hope that this was helpful for you

I have panic attacks a few times a month, They're usually always brought on by nothing I can think of. Every time I have one my arms get tingly and go numb and I can't feel my legs and my heart beats really fast. I think I'm always having a heart attack and I'm dying. But I stay calm as best I can and focus on breathing and it helps me get through it every single time.
