Since my husband stopped drinking one year ago our 30 year marriage is about over. He will not talk or will not come to bed. He avoids me at all costs. He says it's his ocd. How can I help him?

I can feel the pain you're going through. I'm sorry to hear that. But that's brave of you to reach out, this really shows how much you love your husband and want this relationship to work.
I feel he may be going through some withdrawal symptoms. Sometimes people get depressed and try to avoid contact. You're the author of your own life so you can deal with situations in a better way than anyone else since he's your husband, you understand him well. Try to be empathetic, try to be in his shoes, while giving him enough space, you may also go for relationship counseling or therapy if required. Wishing you luck!
