It may be a good idea to talk to your mum about how it's seriously affecting your mental health and how you're worried about her. It is also important to think about your own mental health, so you should maybe deal with your own problems first then help your mum get help. It may be useful to help your mum understand that OCD is a serious mental condition. There are books and articles on such topics. Though there is no cure, there are several treatments like medications and ERP. These treatments are often highly successful for many different people.
