If you do not share your feelings, they will build up. They grow and it is harder to deal with them. Eventually them become so overwhelming you don't know what to do. You will also feel very alone in those feelings. When sharing, you let go of (parts of) your feelings that bother you. People can show support and you feel less alone. They can also help you to see things objectively so your feelings have less power over you. And positive feelings are just nice to share as you share joy!

Sharing how you feel might be scary for some of us and it might be all too easy for others, either way, it is very important. Well picture this, you are a kettle and your emotions are the fluid inside. If you don't let that steam out, how will anyone know that the liquid has boiled? If you hold in all your emotions, no one will know how you feel. Go on and try your best, talk to a friend, talk to family, talk to you pet. Every little bit counts.
