Hi! I've been there too. And I'm actually still feeling that way sometimes. Personal growth is key, and how that works completely depends on you. You're ahead of many others for being able to recognize your emotions and you are facing them head on. That's a great first step. You may just be overly emotional or sensitive, like I am. I obviously cannot diagnose you, but please know that you are not alone. Here in 7 Cups we offer you anonymous chats, self-help guides, and a useful progress path. Those could help you feel better in a way, and it's really worth trying. You can try messaging me if you feel like you need a friend, or just someone who listens and can offer support. Please know you're not alone. I wish you well!

Sometimes we look forward to the small things in life and it can be a big disappointment. Perhaps try having something that you do for yourself to look forward to each day can help. This way, if someone cancels or things don't go your way, you always have something good to replace that negative feeling. :) Stay strong!

I notice you're down-playing the event. You're calling what happened 'the simplest thing'. You mention you're angry, sad and depressed, but then you say 'over the smallest things." You are making the fault lie with you because you're having feelings about it at all, rather than just allowing yourself to feel hurt for the part your sister played. I wonder who taught you to rescue your sister even at your own peril.
