Why do I get so angry when close friends ask what’s wrong or actually care about me?

There can be different reason why, but some can be because: - The subject is too personal - you feel ''babied around'' by them - They might ask for too much information you don't feel comfortable sharing - You don't want to talk about/remember the situation - You may feel like it's none of their business to know. Just random points! I hope it helps. xoxo

this is completely normal. sometimes we don’t feel like opening up or sharing our problems out of fear of being judged or getting too close to others. if you are facing a problem, an anonymous helpline may be a solution

Maybe deep down you are afraid to A. bother them B. worry them C. don’t want them to know you’re upset D. want personal space for the time being. This is a feeling a lot of people will experience. I have felt the same way and made rash decisions and comments that were not good. Think twice before responding to them with something “hateful”.. understand they really and genuinely do care about you and love you. Not many people in the world will care for you in that way. They absolutely adore you. If they make you angry, maybe don’t reply for a little while so you can think about what to say and how to calmly answer. I hope this helps! Always remember you are worthy and loved! 💚
