From experience, getting angry fast over nothing can be built up negative emotions from past experiences that you have only kept inside. Possibly there can be day-to-day triggers that bring it out like loud noises, people's high cheerful energy, or even hot environment.
Sometimes, it may not be caused by anything at the moment but a thought or memory that has crossed your mind that has deeply upset you.
While at the moment, Being aware of your breathing greatly helps as well as counting. For the long term, you may look into letting the frustrations out in a new hobby or interest such as exercise, sports, learning an instrument, or even public speaking.
