It sounds like you have a hard time controlling your emotions and as a result you turn to violence because you don’t know any other way to express how you are feeling. i tend to feel this way as well and i am here to tell you it can be more common than you may think. you feel the urge to act violent when you are angry because it can be hard to have others understand your emotions. i know how frustrating it is when other people make you mad and don’t think they did anything wrong. acting violent is our brains automatic response to others and showing them how they made us feel. this is completely normal.
