Human nature, my friend. Empathy is a big part of people's lives, and it happens all the time. It's part of who you are, and it's not something you should try to force yourself to stop feeling. Apathy is the other side of it, when a person feels no emotion for anyone going through tough things. Either is human, or an in between. All of them are completely normal, but sometimes to a certain extend it can be unhealthy. I'd just try to keep a good balance, if you can.

Maybe its because you care a lot for others and thats a good quality. Its just that don't let it affect you to much since everyone is responsible for their own happiness. You are only responsible for your own happiness as others are for their own.

It always depends.. Sometimes you see yourself in them, sometimes it's just hard to accept when you love the person - but the truth is because you're compassionate, Emotional. Feeling sad about other peoples problems means that you are an empathetic and caring person. It is okay to feel an emotional connection to what others are experiencing, as long as you separate those experiences from your own.

It's called empathy! and it's a good thing most of the time. It helps you relate to other people. But just don't let it get out of hand so that it starts to impact your daily mood and function. Remember to take care of yourself first so that you can take care of others.
