You may be feeling emotional due to a number of things. Are you stressed about something? Anxious? Not sleeping or eating right? Try to find an imbalance in your life. It could be something as big as an onset of a mental disorder, or something as small as stress over something. Try talking to your parents or a friend, and if your emotional fluctuations continue, you may look into seeing a doctor.

Sometimes we get emotional out of nowhere. Things trigger us unconsciously. Feel free to talk to me!

Because emotions are a part of life. You could very well be having a natural reaction to something in your life and, like most people do, you're tacking on a judgment to your feelings and condemning yourself for feeling them. There's nothing wrong with feeling sensitive about an issue or reacting to something. Accept it and do your best to let it pass. Don't be so hard on yourself, love.

You might have been hurt lately or got some bad news and it's just too much to digest all at once.

It could be a number of things. You may be going through hormonal changes currently (which are very normal!) There also could be something in your environment that has upset you recently. Or, it could be mental, such as you've thought about something and have become upset over something.

Emotions are a full body response triggered by the amygdala in the brain in response to either an internal or external trigger. Many factors influence how our emotions work including diet, exercise, hormones, social life, drugs and alcohol, and environmental factors. Of course this means trying to say specifically exactly why someone is feeling emotional can be difficult even for trained professionals but you can at least check some of those major factors to see how you're doing in each area.

Im going through a difficult time with a medical condition I suffer from . It would take over if I let it . But when I gets it bad I just burst into tears before I realise. Its strange but it must effect lots of different parts of the body. Though if it does happen it helps in a way I cant explain

I don't have enough information to answer that question but it could be a variety of things, hormones, built up problems, loss, and many other things, I don't know the actual reason and if you want help I'll need more information but those are some possible reasons

It's normal to be emotional when something good or bad happens. It's what makes us human, instead of robots or just a rock. Creative activities are a great emotional outlet, and so is talking to a trusted friend if you have one.
