When something good or bad happens unexpectedly we get emotional. If its good then great! If its sad news then the emotions get the better of you. This happens to all of us. You are experiencing this right now. It could even be a memory that triggers these emotions. Let the emotion out. if you want to cry, cry. If you are mad, shout and let it out without harming anyone, Remember, your emotion breakout can cause a chain reaction, However, do not restrict it. You have to let it out.
