The more important thing is that you know that at some point to have to face your problem, once you realize that the frustration that comes in your way is a step ahead. So be patient and hang in there.

If you feel overwhelmed then you can always ask for extra support of a friend, or other helper like a therapist etc. You can also break the problem down, or learn more coping strategies.

Take a deep breath and just calm yourself down. There's no fun in having someone blow up on you, is there?

Don't face them alone. The easiest thing to do is make excuses when times get tough, but life doesn't stop just because we have a problem.

The first thing to do is to calm down so you can make a clear-headed decision. The best way to calm down is to realize that you've probably been in similar situations before or know someone who has, and more often than not, it all worked out. Whatever the problem is, it probably will not kill you. Once you're in that state of mind (you could still be anxious, but you're not letting it affect your decision-making), look at the problem as rationally as possible: what is going on, how did it start, how does it affect you, what could happen it isn't resolved, what had you done in the past to deal with similar situations, etc. Just look at the problem from all possible angles, this will help your mind find a solution, and also help you see the problem for what it is. Most of the time, we get overwhelmed by problems because there are a lot of unknowns. At this point, even if you don't find an immediate solution to your problem, you will at least stopped being weighed down by it and you'll be able to live your life.

You should take a moment and breath. Try to take a moment and think about how to approach the situation. What you could do better the next time. After you have a self evaluation, think about things that make you happy. For example flowers, the beach.

The reason you get frustrated is the body's way to signal to you that there is something more important underneath the surface that needs attention. Look into what it is that is making you feel overwhelmed and why. If we can get to the bottom of our feelings we can understand why we react a certain way.
There are a few simple steps you can take in order to relax and calm down. Take a paus from whatever you're doing and close you eyes and take a 3 deep breaths while inhaling for 5 seconds, holding your breath for 3 seconds, and exhaling for 5 seconds. While you do this, try to envision a relaxing picture in your mind. Something that makes you feel better. (Perhaps a time you made someone happy, or yourself truly happy.)
If you want a fundamental change, we have to look into how your mind is wired and what your daily thought process is. If you focus too much on your problems, then that's what you will get. Avoid words like never or always. Instead focus on your goals. See yourself already being successful. Also use logic, frustation is often irrational. Remind yourself that the world is not out to get you and that you're just experiencing one of life's challenges. It's there to ultimately help you grow and expand. Do this each time you start feeling angry, and you'll get a more balanced perspective.
