I would say when you feel like what you’re feeling is starting to look as if it’s controlling your life and becomes the main reason you decide things. (I, personally, often let opportunities pass because I’m worried about my anxiety in those situations, and I often lose out.) If it controls you, you’re tired of it, and you WANT help (you have to want it), then I would say you should seek it.
