Find a safe and quiet place where you can be yourself. Whether that is a quick trip to the bathroom stall or a walk outside, separating yourself from the bulk of the group will help you to feel more at ease. Depends on why you you should have tears if its a medical emergency you should go see a doctor or if its that something bad happened emotionally then you should just take time to your self and think about what ever is going on if you feel like doing self harm then go to the suicide hot line or contact someone you trust to talk to you but if its just tears from stress or sadness from someone yelling at you then you should try to find a quiet place to calm down and relax your body to feel comfortable.
