One of the most important things to remember is that you are the expert in who you are and what you know. If you take a deep breath between questions and remind yourself that you are the only person in the room who knows exactly who you are, it can keep you positive and moving forward during the entire interview!

What I found really helpful was if I needed a second to calm my nerves or take a breather, I would take a sip of water. Basically I would bring a cup/bottle of water with me into the interview, and if I felt like I was bombing or getting too nervous, I would take a sip of water.

Take a deep breath, and try not to think of it as an "interview", but a conversation. See yourself as being on the same level as the person or people interviewing you. At the end of the day, you're just having a conversation. Nothing to sweat. :)
