It's normal to be nervous for an interview. First and foremost, don't be so hard on yourself. Next, be prepared and do your research. Learn as much as you can about the company and role you are interviewing for. Before the interview look in the mirror and practice saying a few sentences about yourself, why you'd be a good fit for the job and your professional experiences. Think of some specific examples which demonstrate why you'd be a good fit.

Take deep breaths, you can even rehearse your interview ahead of time with a family member or friend! Confidence is key here, just walk in like you already have the job :)

Prepare, prepare, prepare! I always feel nervous during interviews. But the interview is a lot easier if I know what's being asked of me, and what I think!

Practice makes perfect. Usually we are nervous for no reason at all. After all look at it as a celebrity getting interviewed by a big magazine. Go in, smile and sit it down! You ROCK!

I like to meditate before hand. I practice my answers before hand in the mirror. Take a lot of deep breathes. If it's a phone interview, try walking around while talking on the phone. It helps you sound friendlier and more enthusiastic.

The best advice I can give is to realize that no matter what happens (if you say/do something embarrassing, etc.) you never have to see the interviewer again unless you want to (ie. you get the job)

Just remember that you're fully in control, and you got this! You wouldn't have gotten an interview if you didn't. Stay and think positive, and try deep breathing exercises before you go.
