That you're actually not! Crazy people (and I don't like this term) are usually absolutely unaware of their mental condition and actually believe they're perfectly okay and everyone else is crazy.

I think being crazy means that I'm being unreasonable or not thinking rationally. Sometimes I am being crazy when I am having to act in an emotional event or make difficult decisions. Whenever I think that I'm acting crazy, I try to calm down and give myself time to think about my decisions. By reflecting on my actions, I can think about the rational way to proceed in the future. Sometimes it's okay to act crazy, but as long as we consider the consequences and make sure that we're not harming other people, that's okay! Sometimes it's good to get out of our comfort zones!

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over all while expecting different results. If you feel you need more professional help, I'd recommend looking into some kind of therapy. It doesn't always work for everyone but it may end up working out for you. You are the expert on you and your situation, so you know what would and wouldn't work for you in the end. Trust yourself and your instincts to lead you in the right direction. I really hope everything ends up working out well for you. I'm sorry you're experiencing this negative situation. Have a good day.
