I'm not sure what category this is for, so this isn't going to be very specific. But if you feel hated for an opinion you're expressing, a characteristic you possess, or anything else unique to you that really has no effect on others in any way, it should be your right to not be attacked. There's a lot of hate and differing view points out there. It doesn't mean what you're doing is wrong. It just means there are people out there who don't agree with you or who you are. It will be your choice as to whether you wish to listen to them or not.

I think it happens always, but that's how bring more acceptance to that thing. It also means that people should open up their mind a little. As long as it's not hurting anyone, I can't see how anyone could be so hateful towards it, or whatever.

Hate is a strong word and a strong emotion to feel. It is difficult to know if someone else really hates you for something as what you may define and feel as hatred may not be what the other person is feeling. Other emotions such as disappointment, resentment, anger can all be mixed in with the idea of hate. If you feel a sense of emotion about something you did, which you don't feel is wrong, then expressing your feelings with the other person may allow you to come to a resolution on how you both really feel about the situation and how different perspectives are formed around it.

It means a miscommunication had happened. With a lot of different perspective, culture, habits and background experience, we could be easily misunderstood.

Hmmm, well from the way the statement has been made here I think that you are experiencing a bit of self disappointment because you feel that a person you respect will actually judge you for being human. Now we all have our values and systems, and they do change with time. But if what you did isn't something to be ashamed off, or placed anyone in particular harm or some form of discomfort then stick to your belief. Remeber, on the other end another person might do something you think is inappropriate.
