What can I do to stop myself from getting so angry all the time?

Firstly, try and avoid situations that will make you feel that way. If however, you are caught up in such a situation, try to find a way to end it before you are unable to control your emotions. Once you have become angry try counting to 10 or leave as soon as possible in order to calm down.

Laugh. Relax, and try to see the way other people are feeling, and look at their perspectives. Its only human to make mistakes and do stupid things, so they might not always be aimed at you. But the best way to combat anger is laughter.

Anger management is a thing that requires concentration and depends on your environment. Maybe you can turn on the music and crank it up and let the lyrics be your vent as you work anger out. Maybe you have to shelve it for awhile and take it out on the punching bag at the gym. The main thing is, that you don't take it out on others around you. Don't make them a victim of your anger. Hammer it out in a metal smiths forge. Beat it out at the gym. Bike it out on the road. Ride the wave on a surf board. Whatever it takes. Anger is natural. How you cope with it will define how awesome you are as a self mastered human.

You can learn new ways to tackle your emotions.. Remember this that getting angry is not wrong but what you do to tackle the anger at that point of time is what makes the difference.. :)
