The ways i stop myself getting angry are, Music, Baths, Going for a walk, rhythmic breathing, singing, watching a film, playing games, there are many different ways to stop yourself getting angry, the trick is to experiment and find one that is most suitable for you.

Take a minute to isolate yourself from the problems you are having, and let say to yourself that "it's okay" to sometimes feel angry, maybe taking up a new hobby, or finding something that makes you feel happy will help with releasing the anger you are experiencing.

Being angry happens to everyone. It's important to recognise these angry feelings so we can deal with them in a constructive and healthy way. Sometimes things can make us so angry we see red and have a hard time dealing with our emotions. Taking a deep breath, counting to ten, and allowing yourself to have some time to think things through is a huge help in managing feelings of anger.

How about first letting the emotion flow in your mind stream without any hesitation. Just feel what you are feeling, as soon as you become aware of it its effects are lost. :)
