Meditation, Meditation and Meditation. Practice it. Regularly and Sincerely. It's the single most powerful medicine against anger issues. Meditate over yourself. Many kinds of meditative techniques are there. And you could start with anyone of them. A key part of every technique is control over breathing and becoming the observer of the situation rather than participating in it. Both of these give a very quick growth towards calming our mind and reducing anger.

Anger is natural but it's bad. Anger is unstoppable if you have no control over yourself. But nothing is impossible. The word itself says 'I'm possible'.
Whenever you are angry, just try to calm yourself by sitting if you're standing and if you are already sitting while you are in anger then lie down on your bed or anywhere. This might help. Or elsewhere drink water and control. I know it's not easy at first. You may find it hard to control your anger at first time. But you may see changes the third time, fourth time, and so on. The things you get angry at, just ignore them. The things or people that makes you angry, just ignore them too. Because that's life. they will bother you. But how many times? The time will come when they will also get tired of bothering you. Maybe that time is away from you, but that time will come. Just have patience!

Each time you are so angry, write down the cause of it. Collect them and see the similarities, and find general understanding of it. Then try to solve it. It's not quick solution but it's a start.
