ask yourself about what you can do about the sources of the stress, keep a positive attitude, stand up for yourself in a polite way. You dont have to be rude about it, just confront the source. Learn and practice relaxation skills whether its reading, listening to music, walking, or writing. You can also release alot of your stress through exercise. Eat healthy, Fast-Food joints and microwave meals dont help you at all. and try to manage your time wisely. There should be no rush through your day. Say No, when you can, to things that can increase your stress. Make time for hobbies and things that you like to do. Things that could make you happy. and DONT rely on drugs, alcohol, or food to help against stress. and if things go to worst, talk to a counselor or a trusted parent/guardian or adult. hope this helps you guys

I think listening to music you love and taking some time out to just have a walk alone really helps when dealing with stress. I currently have a lot of work but I spend about 45 minutes alone on the terrace everyday after coming home. I suppose that's an introvert's way of dealing with stress but it completely refreshes me and allows me to form a definite plan for what I can do next.

Get more sleep, learn to relax by using meditation or relaxing movies or music, breathing exercises, eat right, exercise, self positive talk, taking time away from stressful places and stressful people, find fun hobbies, try new things, talk walks outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery , the fall leaves, volunteering also is very rewarding, play games that are relaxing. playing with our furbabies, having family functions that have games and good food, hang with fun friends, do some alone time where you can go places you would like to go and spend as much time as you want too.
