My life would considerably be perfect to most people, yet I find myself extremely sad and unable to love people. I have no one to share my emotions with. Am I wrong to feel this way? How can I stop?

You’re defiantly not wrong to feel that way and please don’t judge yourself based upon what other people think and their standards. You can have a great life and not be very successful and have so much in the eyes of others, but an emotion problem like this or mental illness can beset even the ‘luckiest’ people. Others who have not gone though it do not always understand that things like depression undermine happiness and create a deep rooted and extremely painful feeling that is hard to ignore. Everything can feel wrong and bad even if things are ok to other people. You are not wrong to feel as you do and no one should have the right to tell you how you should feel. Seeking help to recover from depression and other illlness can really help learning to appreciate life again. Small steps at a time. It’s jot a quick fix or easy solution but it will be worth it.

No you are not wrong to feel this way. Try and open yourself to more people. Learn the people who are worth your time and those that aren't. You can't go around trying to make everyone happy. That just does not work for you or for anyone outside of your world. It just leaves itself open to become confusing or misleading. If you left the right people in you'll beloved and wanted and needed and it won't feel like it takes so much effort on your behalf. Everybody goes through something like this at one point in there life.

Your feelings are never "wrong" because they can't be. Feelings, no matter what they are or how out of place they seem, are valid. Only actions can be wrong, and if you're not taking your struggles out on someone else, you're not in the wrong. Just because your life may seem ideal to others doesn't mean you can't have your own internal battles. Mental illness doesn't discriminate, and even people with good lives struggle with their mental health, especially with everything that's been happening recently. A good first step is recognizing that your feelings are okay and coming to terms with them.

According to my limited experience, the symptoms are showing that this person did not take care of his relations well, Furthermore, he has been living for himself only.
To fix the situation he or she must start giving it back.
Like, start helping a needy person if he has sufficient money.
If he cannot help in terms of money help by giving any service. Like teaching to someone for free.
Help someone is his or her job.
None the less start keeping a cute pet that he can keep according to his situation.
It will help in maintaining his emotions.
