My inner (mental) voice repeatedly tells me to hurt others when I’m angry. What should I do to make it stop?

I would find the time, around 10 minutes, to be in a quiet room where no one would disturb me, start in a mediating position, and confront my inner voice. Mediation is an excellent way to ease your anger.
Another way is to do volunteer and help others. Helping people will allow you to see from a different perspective. Being a helper makes you more humble and will enable you to be more committed to help people.
Being a helper gives you a sense of relief when helping people, and can drive away from the inner voice to hurt others.
Helping people is a skill that requires a lot of patience and exercise. But you can do it.
