Literally like a day ago I found myself becoming my normal normal self (bubbly) and like atm im back to being sad/angry its driving me crazy lol, any useful advices?

Emotions are like the whether. When we see sunshine or rain we don't try to change it. We may want sunshine when it rains but we cant change the weather so we accept it and let it pass. Emotions and feelings work the same way. Embrace the moment because it's your body reacting accordingly to the situations it is being presented physically or mentally :)
