It is most definitely normal to feel many emotions going through you all at once. I think everyone experiences this at sometime in their life. When many stressors pile up it can be very overwhelming. The best thing to do is break them down one by one. Something that works for me is writing down everything I am feeling and everything causing those feelings. Then one by one I accomplish small tasks relieving myself little by little. You will be able to get through it.

Of course its perfectly normal! Some situations lead to a huge mixture of emotions. But you should not make any reckless decissions in such a state of mind

Well, it really depends! It is common for people to experience lots of emotions, and lots of emotions all at once is a normal thing that can happen. HOWEVER sometimes our emotions are so strong, and/or we don't know what to do with them, that it can start interfering with our lives. If you find that the emotions you are struggling with are so constant or so strong that you are finding it hard to go about your daily life socially, economically, academically, etc... then you might want to start looking for ways to handle these emotions. You might look at coping skills online (DBT, CBT, coping skills, things to do when you feel __) or you could talk to a friend, family member, doctor, or counselor. If you are feeling like hurting yourself or someone else you might find it helpful to call a hotline, and if you are suicidal you can get support and help by calling a suicide hotline, going to the emergency room, or chatting online somewhere like iamalive.com.

It is perfectly normal to feel mixed emotions. Different situations can make you feel different things, sometimes all at one time! It can be difficult to navigate through your different emotions, so don't be too hard on yourself! Just allow yourself to feel whatever it is you feel.

It really depends on what emotions we are going through. Positive? Or Negative? If we are going through a blend of Negative emotions then its not normal I think. Also if we only go through so many positive emotions at once, its not normal situation too. Rather Its normal to go through both positive and negative emotions all together, because its really natural that human being feel so! ;) So if we are going through a lot of negative emotions, we must stop, take a long breath and think what I am feeling and why I am feeling, is there any thing wrong? We should do that when we feel positive in many aspects too, because it may happen due to over confidence and over confidence sometimes makes sadness immediately after you happiness. So we must not get confused about the type of emotions. :)

I think it's natural to have many emotions occur at once. Sometimes, I get so caught up in my thoughts, I have what I call racing thoughts. And during this time I experience a lot of emotions at once.

Of course! Humans are so very complex, and our minds are wired to process tons and tons of information at once. Sometimes that means we feel a lot of things all at the same time. It can be overwhelming, but it's perfectly normal.

Of course it is. The human experience is very very complex. And at times, we are showered with so many emotions it can be quite a task to even figure out what we are feeling exactly. But that's okay, it's part of being human. Sometimes, when that happens, it could be helpful to listen to your inner voice, accept it all, accept all that you're feeling, understand it bit by bit, and you've already walked half the way.

Absolutely. Emotions are a lot of work and aren't always as simple and cut And dry as we'd like them to be. You can feel an overwhelming number of conflicting emotions at the same time. Just remember that at the end of the day everything is going to be alright! :)
