This is a phenomenon called transgressive aggression. You get angry at everybody but the root cause as the root cause may be too elusive for the mind to comprehend their actions.

Of cource! Everyone's human and we're not always perfect to be on thing. When someone gave you a bad time before talking to somebody it's acceptable to be mad or frustrated because It's a feeling you can't control.

Yes, sometimes I catch myself getting really annoyed just because one person said something that set me off! It can ruin my mood for quite some time.
What I've found that helps me, at least, because I hate making other people feel bad especially when it's not their fault, is to try and take some time for myself. Whether it's five minutes in the closet bathroom or half an hour in my room, taking some space away from people can really help. I will sometimes put on a song, or paint, usually something that's creative and requires me to move around. Even just shaking out your body can really help release that anger! I take one final breath, then go outside ready to start again.
