Yes, because when you get mad your blood pressure rises and creates, well, a rise out of you. It takes a while for you to calm down.

It most definitely is. Even if it isn't the best response, it's normal. That usually happens when that one person who annoys you is very important to you and you value them a lot. When someone is on your mind so often, its understandable that it will have an effect on everything you think about. Try to sort it out with the person to avoid torturing everyone else. Anger can make you say silly things sometimes.

No, it's not .. but you can't do anything about it it's just a normal response to your feelings being hurt or you getting annoyed But with time you have to realize this isn't a helathy thing to do .. and being angry at everyone won't really solve your problems; it will make them even worse.

It is a natural reaction and by noticing it you have taken the first step towards making a better choice. It is normal to feel angry at everyone, but keep in mind it's not their fault and it would be wrong to act on a temporary impulse. You have to find some constructive ways to express your feelings, such as working out, listening to music, going for a walk/jog, drawing, painting or keeping a journal. Keep in mind that acting on anger impulse is something you might regret after that intense feeling is gone.

As long as you cannot find a way to resolve your conflict with one person, you can get enraged to everyone else as well, yes. That doesn't make it okay to repeat it as you may find yourself becoming the person who creates conflicts instead of searching for a way to resolve what you have with that specific person that annoys you. Surrounding ourselves with negative emotions or people can't help us in anyway so why become the ones who create this environment just because we want to avoid our deepest feelings?

Yes, many people cope with anger by venting out to friends or family. Sometimes this anger is unwarranted but if you catch yourself doing this, just tell the person that you didn't mean it and were just caught up in emotions.

It just depends on the type of person you are. It could be mood swings to something that happened to you.

It's perfectly normal. It might help to tell the person who you are angry with how they are making you feel and resolve the situation so that there is no residual anger . Taking our frustration and angers out on others is natural but preventable by getting rid of that anger.. taking a walk, having an argument and then moving on, taking some time out to think about what you are feeling and why.
