It's possible. Exhaustion causes a sort of willpower depletion - it takes some energy to keep your decision-making in good shape - and when you're exhausted, you don't feel good, so unpredictable emotions may happen within a certain spectrum.

We humans are full of unpredictable emotions that logic cannot solve, so don't get comfortable and always be ready for a change.Always remember that emotions can be as unpredictable as a storm on a sunny day.

I think that exhaustion is a cause for unpredictable emotions because when you are tired, you feel less in control.

Yes,it js. When you feel exhausted, it is much harder to control the emotions, and thoughts. It is , then, better to never take actions while in any state of exhaustion

Yes, yes it is. Lack of sleep can often lead to depression and bipolar actions even if you're usually not a bipolar person. It is also especially difficult to avoid negative thinking while tired, as we have less control over our minds.

Yes and no. It can be be, but also it can be the other way around. The exhaustion you feel can either be physical or psychological. Therefore it can be either due to an event or something ongoing that is causing the chemical composition of your emotions to be unbalanced, or, it could be that the chemical imbalance is cause by psychological events. In a nutshell, yes, exhaustion can be a cause for unpredictable emotions (depending also on what these emotions are) but further investigation into the areas of your life causing you that exhaustion are needed to determine the exact nature of the unpredictable emotions.
