I think I have too much going on my mind all the time. Sometimes it feels overwhelming.I feel like I need to talk to someone about my problems, but then they would not think of me the same way before?

talk it out. feel free to talk. just do not bottle up your emotions and hurt yourself. if you see no one is available at the moment, just write down everything on a paper. let it all out of your head. most importantly deep breathe and focus on your breathing. i know how difficult it is to do this, but you need to let that negativity go away. do not let any uncertain imagination, negative thought let you overwhelm and disturb your peace. calmly fight it. cry, if needed but don't give up. get up and fight back, win over those negative thoughts. msg whenever u feel like speaking. we are all here , listening you. take care, stay strong

You should always have access to somebody to speak to about your problems. If you keep it bottled up, hey - it's going to hurt you more than anyone else. Find an un-biased person that you trust and let them listen.

Being overwhelmed and very emotional is a painful experience especially when it occurs frequently. It may seems scary to approach friends and family to talk about your problems because of the fear that they may judge you or think of you/treat you differently. Sometimes it’s good to talk to them anyway and give yourself a little push, reminding yourself that they probably really care about you and would prefer to know rather than be kept in the dark. It can also really help to let things out. Bottling up emotions doesn’t end very well. If you’re still jnformfortable with it though you can speak to a professional or someone on 7 Cups to be able to vent anonymously.
