Usually, there is always a reason for sadness. A current event in your life, a looming cause in your past, you name it. The trigger might even be something that may not seem sadness-triggering to you. You could watch out for moments when you feel this kind of sadness and try to rehash the situation when it occured, trying to find the trigger.

feeling sad probably has a reason .. sit down .. have a pen and a paper ... right down what's bad about your life .. all of it ... then have another paprer .. right down what are the big problems you see in the 1st paper ... then try finding a solution for each one .. if you can't , ask for help from a listener
