It sounds like you're depressed. Identify when these feelings started happening and there's likely a trigger, such as losing a job or a break up. Anger is a common part of depression, because when you barely have the energy to take care of yourself it's hard to care about other people. I suggest documenting how you feel every day while doing as much activity as you can. Break chores into manageable steps. Some cognitive behavioral therapy techniques can be done on your own and will help with negative, distorted thinking. If all fails, seek a professional because this could be a symptom of a more complex disorder. Good luck!
