Feeling the attention of others is something everybody can enjoy, but you are not a mistake, You are a Human Being and emotions come and go, emotions do not label who You are. You are more than an emotion, more than mental systems, you are more than your actions. Having the courage to ask these aspects shows that you love yourself, that you are important to yourself, that you want to enjoy life better. In the extreme case: obtaining "energy" from other people makes us create some degree of slavery towards the validation of others. Others think more about their "own navel" and problems, but You are your Best Treasure, you received yourself at birth. Diamond, keep bringing out your shine and embrace your own Self. Remember that that is not true and try to be positive. look towards the sky and think of what the future holds. you will get through this. one day at a time. This world might try to push you down and get you thinking down on yourself, but that's not true. There is always something or someone who will make you feel worthy and loved. For me, that is my dog. she makes me wake up every morning and get out of bed. I remind myself that even when nobody else needs me, she does. She depends on me and relies on me to be there. Life is a difficult thing to do. Going through life feeling like nobody cares about you can make more difficult, less enjoyable and lonely. Sometimes when we are in these situations we can believe that we are not worthy and there not needed in the world. Of course you are needed, of course you have value. You need to know this but your brain needs to know this as well. You need to put yourself in a position where you get validations for these new things that are true about you. If you need to feel understood and not feel like weird, surround yourself with people who have the same ideas as you
