Controlling our emotions or even our thoughts is hard. However, what if we get to understand what is the source where they are coming from? If we do so, we might get to understand what is going on with us, we will likely find those answers we need. Understanding what is triggering those strong emotions might help you to find a way to control them, and to find clarity.
