The first step is to realizing that you are none of those things. Your life has so much value and you are anything but worthless. As hard as it may be self love is so important. While you may view yourself as fat and ugly and others don’t. Your true friends don’t think of you that way. If they do they are not a person worth having in your life. Surround yourself with positivity. Self positivity and outside positivity. It is ok to feel these things from time to time but it is important to know that you have so much more value beyond these hurtful words.

Any time you feel this way, take a moment to know that there are nearly eight billion people on this planet and you are not the only one. So many people here love you, just for who you are! Sometimes it’s best to take a break when we get to these points, and stop to do the things that we love most, try a new hobby, or read some positive affirmations!
