Try to remember you did nothing wrong. Something bad happened to you. You deserve love and care not judgement. Even though you may feel it, people are wanting to look out for you right now not to think badly of you.

I would try to see the entire situation as an outsider. Observe and learn about the experience to understand and accept this is part of our life and willing to grow out of it. Takes some time for me to do what do I enjoy such as reading, cooking a nice meal, baking, or walking in nature. Build on myself such as learning guitar, improving my academic performance and etc. Also, think that there are lots of other opportunities. Give as much compassion and empathy for myself. Understand that their action reflects about themselve and not about you as a person.

Being cheated on will undoubtedly be a humiliating experience. You may feel upset, sad, disappointed, angry and "broken" however how you deal with these problems are key to dealing with this issue. Keep talking about your feelings and practice healthy coping skills. Remember it is not your fault, if someone cheats on you. It was their choice.
