I would try to see the entire situation as an outsider. Observe and learn about the experience to understand and accept this is part of our life and willing to grow out of it. Takes some time for me to do what do I enjoy such as reading, cooking a nice meal, baking, or walking in nature. Build on myself such as learning guitar, improving my academic performance and etc. Also, think that there are lots of other opportunities. Give as much compassion and empathy for myself. Understand that their action reflects about themselve and not about you as a person.
