I believe that happiness if defined differently with different people. What do you do that makes yourself happy and are you able to do that? How much does it affect you if you aren't able to do it? As one of the few questions one could ask themselves. I used to think that being the best or better than other people makes me happy but I now realise, what is the point of being the so called 'best'. It doesn't really affect my life; nothing really has changed after recieving the temporary 'better' or 'worst' title. Being able to find what makes you happy in the long term would be great, for instance: being able to spend time with family or even as simple as hanging out with friends. You are the creator of your happiness and I believe you are and will be happy.

True happiness can be difficult to achieve and even once you are truly happy it can be hard to recognize. It is also something that is defined by each individual and what you value. Look inwards and determine what makes you feel the most complete and whether achieving those things will fulfill you. Your happiness does not necessarily come in the same form as your friends or family. For some, it is watching their plants grow and bloom, for others its solving a difficult questions, in others its completing a physical challenge. The gratification you get from achievement can be immense if your heart is in it.

You can know when you are really happy because the whole persona changes. Your perception of life and people become more upbeat. There is a feeling of inner peace and joy that not only you can feel but it radiates out in the world and the atmosphere vibrations that you generate. You won't have to ask this question you will just know. First of all, I would have to ask you to define what you consider happiness to be. Everyone does not define it the same way there for their explanations differ, causing their expectation will differ. Happiness does not depend on others it is something we have to do ourselves. Happiness is an emotion that is subject to change from one moment to another

Happiness comes from within. If you are optimistic and have a positive attitude no matter what the situation, I think that is a sign that you know you are truly happy. Being happy because of factors outside of yourself might give you the feeling of happiness but it might not really signal true happiness which comes from within ourselves. If we are truly happy then we can contribute to other's happiness as well. Being truly happy is a state of being rather than being characterized by things or outside factors. You can be truly happy and not have material things to show for.

Good Question. I believe, True Happiness is independent of external factors. It is dependent on how we feel irrespective of what's going on around. So, if you wanna know whether you're truly happy or not, put yourself in different situations. If you feel comfortable in all of them, you are 'truly happy'. Now, what are different situations? 1) Go to a place where you don't have to spend any money (like a park) and a place where you have to spend a lot (a fancy hotel) 2) Spend time alone (like journaling) and with people (party) 3) Learn something new 4) Volunteer for something 5) Etc If you feel comfortable in all different situations, you have the answer 😇

I think that is a loaded question so my answer will include many things. Personally, I think happiness is finding joy in the little things in life. This is appreciating and being grateful for what you have. This includes cherishing the healthy relationships you have, wanting to share your happiness with others and celebrating other people's successes as well as your own. I think to know if you are truly happy, you know how to calm yourself down when you are stressed out. This means that you are aware of your strengths and weaknesses and embrace them as a part of your identity.

The most common way that researchers use to assess happiness is through self-reports, because happiness has a different meaning for each person and is associated to different things. But some of the most common factors are: psychological well-being, health, relationships with friends and family , and living standards. If you take an overall view of your life , thinking of this aspects , How do you feel? Feeling satisfied with this aspects of your life are a good indicator that you are living a healthy happy life. Remember that happiness is multidimensional; it cannot be measured on a single scale, so don't compare yourself to others and just focus on yourself and your own way of living.
