I think a part of being happy is to convince yourself that you are so. And you realize you've been happy whenever you haven't been asking this thing to yourself for some time. Being happy is just a definition in your head, you have to figure out which one fits you. It can be as simple as waking up in the morning and findinf out the world just follows its path, having breakfast with a friend can also make your day. Happiness is just constituted by appreciating the little things. You can be happy with very little if you want. Just figure out what makes you happy and work on it until you manage!

I feel a warm sensation in my stomach and I can’t stop smiling. My heart feels like it’s going to explode and I can’t contain my feeling. This can last for a minute or it can last for days and months. I feel truly happy when I read because I enjoy it as a hobby and it makes me smile and I get that warm fuzzy feeling in my stomach. Sometimes I also experience uncontrollable laughter which indicates I am truly happy! When I’m truly happy I don’t feel anxious I feel calm and very relaxed. I don’t find happiness, happiness finds me!

you don’t. i guess it’s just what you choose to believe in. do you believe in ultimate happiness? do you believe that you have it? how do you define “trulyâ€? it varies all the time. the question was never about anything but perspective in life. a piece of chocolate can mean true happiness for one person, just as even a castle of gold wouldn’t for another.
me, i don’t think about whether or not my happiness is true or false. in the end, it doesn’t matter. what matters is that i feel like i’m happy, and i know i will fight to feel it for even just a moment longer.

Happiness is a perception. I am happy because I am here. When I wake up every morning, I ask myself how I can improve the day for myself, and everyone around me. The more I involve myself, the more love I have for our world and the people who live in it. When we choose to follow our bliss, and live in the present moment, everything else just falls into place in life. When we make ourselves vulnerable, and become honest with ourselves and others, when we give without expectations, and when we smile at the joys in our life, the scarier things become manageable and less scary.

truly happy... right. to know if we truly happy depend how far you want to expand the time you want to measure happy. oh and forsure one cannot predict the future. so there is not happiness in the future yet because we do not know therefore you cant measure it. so how can we measure happy? i would prefer to measure it by our decisions and outcome as well our effort. if you measure a marriage but you never put effort to save it than is that good for you? you can't blame the whole thing by one word or one outcome.

In my experience, happiness is subjective and means different things for everyone. It doesn’t mean that everything in your life has fallen into place and everything is going right for you, but what it means is that you are more than satisfied with the things that are going on in your life. It means having an understanding that things won’t always work out how you expected, but still being happy and grateful for how they did. It’s easy to be happy when everything is going great, but true happiness is smiling and having the same attitude when things may not be. So in my experience, true happiness is having a knowledge that the world is hard and things will go wrong but not letting it dampen your sunshine and your positive outlook.

When you have made peace with your past and can calmly deal with life's challenges, when you feel energised no matter how much you've worked, when you cannot keep that stupid grin off your face and your whole being radiates joy, positive energy, and life. Happiness is often a choice, a result of how flexible, accepting we are, and how we perceive stressors we face in daily life. Happiness comes from being rooted and connected to your own nature, from being true to yourself, and being assertive. You'll know you are truly happy when there's a skip in your beat as you find wonder and beauty in ordinary activities and things you encounter is daily life. There'll be a spring in your steps, and a spark in your eyes.

True happiness is different for everyone, but when you stop asking if you're happy or not, that's a good first sign. True happiness creeps up on you like any other serious emotion, and you may not realise it until someone comments on the skip in your step, the glint in your eye or the sun in your smile.
Often you don't realise what you're feeling until you see it in your actions - are you giving to others? Do you support other people? Do other people seem glad to be around you? These are all signs that you're overflowing with happiness, as true happiness has a habit of effortlessly lifting other's lives.

When you feel like you're not really comprising on your big dreams and goals in life, when you're doing your best and don't feel like you're settling for something lesser than you deserve, when you have made peace with your past and are hopeful of the future and thankful for the present, when you have cut off all the negativity and only have supportive, reliable and uplifting people around you, when you feel like you're living the best version of your life and being the best version of yourself or working towards it, i guess that's when you know you're truly happy.

When you can make yourself smile with barely any effort. Just by thinking about something. When you can make other people smile with barely any effort. Just by saying something. Creating your own happiness, and creating the happiness of other people, that's how you achieve true happiness. There is no greater pleasure, nor greater sense of gratification, than what comes from being the reason for someone else's happiness. And through that, we make ourselves happy. The simple truth that I personally live by is this: Kindness is the easiest and most rewarding form of fun. Be Kind. Have Fun.
